Affiliate marketing has its own vocabulary. Here is everything you need to know, in plain language.

Bounty: An affiliate program posting. Each bounty spells out its commission terms: the rate (a percentage or fixed amount), how long commissions last, and who funds them. Think of it as a public offer that says “promote this and here is what we pay you.”
Browse Bounties: The catalog of every live bounty you can join — platform referral programs and creators' content programs side by side. Anyone can browse the bounties; you only need an account when you are ready to join one.
Affiliate Link: The unique tracking link you receive when you join a bounty. Share it anywhere — group chats, social media, your podcast. Sales and signups that come through your link are credited to you automatically.
Commission: Your cut of a qualifying sale, calculated from the bounty's terms. Commissions come out of the seller's share or out of Watch Sports's platform fee — your referrals never pay extra.
Payout: The actual payment of your earned commissions. Once commissions become payable, they are batched into a payout and sent to the payout method you configured during onboarding.

What is a bounty?

Anyone with a free Watch Sports account. You do not need a channel or a following. Fans, creators, coaches, parents, agents, and marketers are all welcome.

How do I get paid?

Commissions you earn are tracked on your Affiliate Dashboard and move from earned to payable to paid. Payouts are sent to the payout method you set up during onboarding.

Can I join more than one bounty?

Yes. You can refer organizations and promote paid content at the same time. Each bounty you join gets its own affiliate link, and your earnings from every program appear together on your dashboard.
